The CPA has undertaken extensive research into the energy efficiency and retrofit sector. CPA research shows over 120 active agencies, bodies, organisations or formal groups, each with their own approach, philosophy, policy recommendations and lobbying principles. Despite the great number and variety of interested stakeholders, we believe a number of common themes exist. There is optimism, that with care, these voices can be joined into a manageable way forward. This brochure introduces a simple, five point plan to begin that journey.
