Director of Government Relations and Business Development
Jeff is the Director of Government Relations and Business Development, responsible for public affairs, marketing, communications, and membership relations. He works across all the Association’s workstreams – including economics, technical and regulatory affairs, sustainability and public affairs – to support the team’s strategic objectives.
Jeff joined the Association in March 2013, following seven years with Skanska UK in roles including client relations, community relations and marketing and communications, and worked primarily on PPP infrastructure projects from bid stage through to operations and divestment. Prior to joining Skanska he worked for seven years in the investor relations team for Merrill Lynch & Co. in its New York City headquarters.
Jeff is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and an Affiliate Professional member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
