The Construction Products Association's office is located in The Building Centre in Bloomsbury, central London and offers an excellent and convenient venue for meetings.

Our meeting room can accommodate up to 15 people boardroom-style and benefits from full HD ready screens, audio facilities and free WiFi. The room can be booked on a full or half day basis.

Our Building Centre caterer provides breakfast, tea and coffee, sandwich platters and biscuits and cakes. To order catering please contact wtemple@buildingcentre.co.uk. A menu can be found here. Please note the CPA are not able to order catering for meetings.

Confirmation
The CPA will contact by return email within 48 hours to confirm availability.

Occupation
The boardroom is only accessible between our business hours of 9am and 5pm Monday – Friday.  Your booking time includes occupation of the room to prepare and set up, and to vacate the room. All afternoon meetings must end promptly by 5pm.

Catering and refreshments
It is not permitted to bring your own catering with you.  All catering and refreshments must be booked through the resident on-site supplier to The Building Centre, The Gentlemen Baristas, who will liaise with you and invoice directly according to your requirements.

The CPA are not able to order catering on your behalf for a meeting.

Audio Visual
The boardroom is equipped with a full HD ready screen, audio facilities and webcam which can be hired for an additional charge. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. HDMI connection is provided.

A conference speaker phone is available to use free of charge, please inform the CPA upon booking if you require it.

Use of the conference phone is limited to calls within the UK, for a maximum of 30 minutes. Conference calls must be booked with your own provider/account. International calls must be agreed with the CPA in advance.

Invoicing
Room hire charges will be directly invoiced to the client by the CPA An invoice will be raised within seven days and must be settled within 30 days.

All refreshment and catering will be directly invoiced to the client by The Gentlemen Baristas.

Cancellations
Room cancellations must be submitted in writing to the CPA.  Failure to do so will result in the full room hire charge for the duration of the booking becoming payable by the client. The CPA will confirm cancellation in writing within 48 hours of receiving from the client.

All other cancellations will be charged as per the following notification times:

4 - 8 weeks No charge
Less than 4 weeks 50% of hire charge
7 days or less 100% of hire charge

Cancellations for any catering ordered must be dealt directly with The Gentlemen Baristas.

Loss/Damage
However arising, CPA does not accept responsibility for loss or damage of property under the control of the client or for any injury caused to a third party by such property.

The cost of cleaning or repair of any damage caused to CPA AV equipment, fixtures, fittings and furnishings will be charged to the client.
