The Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are essential tools that enable a company to measure, monitor and manage its performance. 

To enable the construction products industry to measure its own performance, the Association has developed a set of fifteen indicators.  These indicators focus three themes of: a) Customer Satisfaction; b) Environment; and c) Respect for People issues.

Each year, the Association publishes the performance results of the industry which are based on responses from customers of the industry and manufacturers.

The results are available to download for free from the website.  Organisations can now also subscribe to a web tool that allows companies to measure and compare their performances interactively and with results over the last three years.
