Executive Assistant & Membership Coordinator
- To provide a full range of EA support to the Policy Director and Head of External Affairs
- Manage the member database and related communications
- Co-ordinate committee meetings and related papers
- As part of the team, provide additional support in the day to day administration on the Association's activities
- The Project Coordinator will be responsible for running projects to ensure they achieve project objectives on time and resource and organising member communications as part of that role.
- To provide a full range of executive assistant support to the Deputy Chief Executive/Policy Director.
- To provide the secretariat function to technical groups as required.
- Coordinate committee meetings and related papers.
